About me
My Journey
I’m a venture builder and product strategist with academic training in Physics and Quant Finance from UNC–Chapel Hill, followed by a Master’s in Technology Management at Columbia. That foundation taught me how to think in systems, navigate uncertainty, and build what actually works.
Today, I serve as AVP at reAlpha (NASDAQ: AIRE). I began in international M&A, then launched the company’s AI Labs to tackle inefficiencies across our portfolio. I brought in PhDs and ex-Techstars operators, developed a venture pipeline, and spun out our first startup—Xmore AI—focused on third-party cybersecurity risk. I remain an advisor and shareholder.
The roots go further back. I grew up between rural India and Dubai, two worlds that shaped both my empathy and my edge. As a teenager, I launched a campaign to support education access across under served regions, which raised capital and earned the Diana Award (former UK Prime Minister David Cameron). I was also wiring radios from spare parts and trying to sell them to my neighbors. That blend of compassion and technical instinct still shapes how I build.
Over the years, I’ve built ventures where legacy systems fell short and no one else was solving the problem. At UNC, I noticed a gap in the nightlife market and started to host events. I spent the summer at KPMG’s Deal Advisory team in the F&B sector to understand the mechanics of hospitality, then helped raise $250K to launch a full-service bar near campus. That opened my eyes to broader operational gaps—so I led a team to build real-time compliance tech to modernize how venues tracked crowd data. The following year, I helped build a tutoring venture tailored for expat families and also scaled a licensed DLT firm from 2 to 20+ operators with over $1M in revenue—all while still in college.
After Columbia, I co-founded Box to Blocks, a product studio building tools across loyalty, consumer AI, and fintech. I have failed many times and learned a lot in the process. Not every bet landed, but each one made me sharper, faster, and more allergic to excuses.
